Pumpkin-Potato Pancakes
Ingredients
1/2 kg pumpkin
1/2 kg of potatoes
1 egg
3/4 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of potato flour
4 tablespoons of rice flour
2 tablespoons of oil
parsley at the discretion

Execution
1. On the grater (for coarse mesh) scrub the pumpkin and potatoes.
2. Add the rice flour and potato, egg, salt, oil and parsley. Stir the mixture.
3. Fry in hot pan without added oil.
