Porridge with amaranth


Ingredients

1/2 glass of rice cereal
1/2 glass of amaranth grain
1 glass of coconut milk (can be a cow)
2 pinches of salt
1 teaspoon of honey
cashew nuts, peaches and raisins to taste


Execution

1. Grain amaranth pour water, add a pinch of salt and cook for about 15 minutes (until tender). 
2. Grain amaranth flakes combine with the rice and pour milk. Add a pinch of salt and heat up (do not bring to a boil). 
3. Add the fruit, cashew nuts, raisins and honey. Stir the mixture.
