Buckwheat bread flavored with tomato


Ingredients

2 glasses of buckwheat flour
3/4 glass of potato flour
2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 glass of water
1/2 glass of tomato sauce (without tomato pieces)
3 tablespoons of sourdough


Execution

1. Mix all the ingredients loose. 
2. Add the sourdough. 
3. Tomato sauce mix with water and pour into the rest of the ingredients. 
4. Stir the mixture until you achieve a compact sphere. If necessary, add a little more water or flour. 
5. Bread put aside for 10 hours (to rise). 
6. Bread is baked at 210 degrees for one hour.
