Sesame-coconut cake


Ingredients


Sponge 
30 grams of sesame seeds (sesame flour) 
6 eggs 
3/4 glass of sugar 
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 
insert coconut 
5 egg whites 
1 glass of sugar 
20 dkg of coconut 
cream 
1 kg of apples 
1 lemon jelly 
1/2 glass of sugar


Execution:


Sponge 
1. Sesame is roasted on a dry frying pan and grind in a coffee grinder. 
2. Whip eggs until fluffy. Add to the mass the ground sesame seeds and baking powder.
3. Cake mix gently and give to the baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake 25 minutes at 180 degrees. 
insert coconut 
1. Protein whip with sugar until fluffy. Then add the coconut and mix thoroughly. 
2. Bake in the baking tray of the same dimensions as sponge cake. 
cream 
1. Apples grate a large mesh, add the sugar and boil them. Then add the dry jelly mix until dissolved.

The form will arrange the cake, sesame, teaches apples and insert coconut. The whole sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds.
