Flounder with curry together with millet and vegetables



Ingredients

Flounder
0.5 kg fillet of flounder 
curry powder to taste 
salt to taste 
2 tablespoons of oil

Millet
1/2 glass of millet 
2 cloves of garlic 
100 g of oil 
2 tomatoes 
1 zucchini 
1 onion 
1 glass of water 
salt to taste 
pepper to taste 
curry powder to taste 
herbes de provence to taste 
1 tablespoon of oil

Execution

Millet
1. Cook the millet with salt and curry powder.
2. Fry the onion. Add the chopped zucchini to it and cook.
3. Add the tomatoes, garlic, olives, herbs, salt and pepper.
4. The whole cook for 2 minutes and mix together with millet.

Flounder
1. Flounder marinated with curry and salt (to taste) and leave for 3 hours. 
2. The fish is baked at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes. 

Let's add fish with millet.
