Ingredients

0.5 kg of beef 
salt to taste 
pepper to taste 
bay leaf (the whole package) 
3 cloves of garlic 
sweet peppers (may be severe) 
3 tablespoons of oil


Execution

1. Prepare the marinade by combining oil, salt, pepper, bay leaf, pepper and garlic. 
2. Cut and marinated beef and leave for the night. 
3. Meat make fun on a stick. Each piece separate the bay leaf firmly pressing each piece of meat. 
4. Bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
