Margarita on the bottom of rice
Ingredients

2 glasses of rice flour
3 tablespoons of rice flour sourdough
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of oil
1 glass of water

3 cloves of garlic
fresh basil to taste
250 g of mozzarella
500 g of tomato sauce
4 fresh tomatoes
salt to taste
oregano to taste

Execution

1. Rice flour mix with the salt and sugar.
2. Add the sourdough, oil and water.
3. The whole we made thoroughly and put aside for about 10 hours.
Top
1. Mix the tomato sauce with garlic, salt and oregano.
2. Cake we give to the baking tray(the thickness of the dough depends on taste).
3. Grease the cake half the sauce. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and arrange sliced tomatoes. The whole cake smear the rest of the sauce.
Pizza bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
